Winkler has been developing and producing flexible electric heating solutions for over 40 years. By developing and manufacturing all products in-house, we are able to develop the right solution for you. This applies to both large series and individual items. Thanks to our many years of experience, we are also the ideal partner when it comes to sophisticated solutions, such as for explosion protection, the semiconductor industry or automotive suppliers.
Series solutions for gas analysis
Winkler has developed a special portfolio for heating lines in gas analysis and exhaust gas measurement technology. The heated cables used are characterized by a high degree of robustness for tough workshop use. The Quick-Lock system, specially developed for this application, allows easy connection and disconnection of the heating hose in seconds using a quick-release fastener.
The hoses are manufactured in industrial series production and undergo a 100 % heat-up test to ensure consistently high quality.
