We are Winkler – since 45 years
Our 200 employees not only enjoy innovative developments, but also have knowledge of an unusually wide range of technologies. We have continuously transferred the experience we have gained since the company was founded in 1979 to new product and application areas such as explosion protection. Our drive is always to find the best solution – tailored precisely to your particular application. The better we know your requirements, the more convincing the results will be. And that is exactly what we are interested in!
Certified quality
Quality creates safety – this awareness unites the employees at Winkler. For this reason, our company manufactures high-quality, durable and reliable products.
Winkler is constantly developing new, individual heating solutions, taking into account national and international standards and certification criteria. We work with a quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 and are certified for the manufacture of ATEX products as well as UL products. Our customers can therefore rely on the fact that materials, production and products meet the highest standards. We have also been audited and certified by demanding customers from the automotive and semiconductor industries.
International production
With three production sites, Winkler is excellently positioned to manufacture even large quantities in industrialized processes. Our long-standing employees in Heidelberg and Walldorf specialize in large or very complex individual product manufacturing.
With our production site in Tunisia, we have also been ideally positioned to manufacture large quantities in industrial quality since 2014. Tunisia is an ideal location for Winkler, as there is traditionally a large textile industry in the immediate vicinity. This means we benefit from a highly qualified workforce and consistently high product quality. With a very efficient truck ferry connection to Europe, delivery takes only a few days.
Digital development process
Our development runs in a digital process from inquiry to model construction to production. All products are designed as 3D models and the production documents are generated from them. In-house printed 3D printer models are used to check the accuracy of fit before shipping.
With our own development department for controllers and heating solutions, we are the ideal development partner for both OEM and custom-made products. From circuit design to force tests and climate tests, we can develop our own controllers and qualify new materials for our application.
