We always comply with applicable law and respect ethical principles and human rights.

We treat each other and third parties with respect.

As managers, we bear responsibility for the employees entrusted to us.

We observe the provisions of the Business Social Compliance Initiative (BSCI), the conventions of the International Labor Organization (ILO), the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the UN Conventions on the Rights of the Child and on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women.

We are a modern company and live accordingly.

We are aware of our social and societal responsibility and donate primarily to selected charitable institutions and causes.

Donations and sponsorship are only granted within the framework of a transparent approval process.

For us, environmental protection is more than just compliance with legal regulations.

We use materials and resources responsibly and sparingly.

We take into account all legal and technical standards and specifications for product safety.

We pay attention to occupational safety and comply with all applicable safety regulations at the respective workplace.

We behave fairly in competition.

We point out our own advantages without discrediting our competitors.

We stand for fair dealings with our competitors, customers and suppliers.

We check our customer relationships and adhere to export restrictions.

We do not provide opportunities for money laundering We avoid situations that could lead to a material conflict of interest or loyalty.

We make our business decisions exclusively on the basis of objective criteria and do not allow ourselves to be influenced by personal interests and relationships.

We do not allow the granting of gifts, invitations or donations to influence our business decisions or those of our partners.

Personal and company-related data will be treated confidentially and may not be disclosed to third parties.

We pay attention to IT security and adhere to the applicable IT security guidelines.

We keep confidential information about our company, products and services confidential.

We respect the intellectual property of competitors and business partners.

We treat company property responsibly and use it exclusively for its intended purpose.

We protect the company’s assets and inventory and ensure that they are used for legitimate business purposes.
