Temporary work/ temporary employment if, yes – then only for a SHORT time

In general, there is often talk of temporary work, especially in the manufacturing/production sector. We do not reject them in general, but we want our employees to be “direct”. In other words: temporary work can be an entry point if necessary, but if we are mutually convinced, we will be happy to take you on as a permanent employee.

Everyone is talking about it. Not just since “NewWork”. People don’t always want to be in the same place. Or, figuratively speaking, not always working in the same environment.

As we have a production facility in Tunisia, there is a lively exchange. Not only via teams or telephone and e-mail, but there is also the possibility of working on site in Tunisia.
