On April 1, 2023, Mohr & Co was transferred to Winkler AG – through an asset deal, the business activities under the Mohr & Co brand were transferred to Winkler AG, Englerstraße 24, 69126 Heidelberg, represented by the Management Board members Andreas Zenner and Markus Medek.
