ATEX CONTAINER HEATERS

ATEX Standard container heater is specially designed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. The container heaters ensure safe and even heating of liquids and gases in gas bottles, drums or IBC containers. The temperature can be precisely regulated, ensuring optimal process control. ATEX certification ensures that the devices meet the EU’s strict safety requirements for use in potentially explosive atmospheres, making them ideal for the chemical, petrochemical and pharmaceutical industries.

Winkler ATEX products are approved and certified as complete systems with a single EC/EU type examination certificate (system approval). They can be used as intended in potentially explosive gas or dust atmospheres in zones 1/2 and 21/22 in compliance with the enclosed installation and operating instructions.

The certification of all installed electrical and non-electrical components in accordance with the current standards (EN 60079) guarantees maximum safety (state of the art). The special combinations of the individual functions and the possibility of customized or process-specific designs are particularly advantageous

The even heat distribution through the container heaters ensures optimal heating power and prevents cold spots. They are easy to mount to various containers and are user-friendly to handle. The two integrated temperature sensors enable precise temperature regulation and accurate control of the heating processes.
