The accuracy and reproducibility with which sensors and instruments can work in the analysis systems depends crucially on the sample gas conditioning and thus on the correct heating of the sample gas line in accordance with the standards and regulations. HEATING PIPES FOR ALL CASES
Whether climatic or altitude chamber, whether stationary or mobile use, Winkler analysis lines offer optimum adaptation to all process conditions. They guarantee the safe transport of the sample gas from the sampling point to the analyzer under stable thermal conditions.

- PTFE hose with metal braiding and stainless steel pipe socket (other versions on request)
- Heating with fluoropolymer (Tmax ≤ 250°C) or glass fiber insulated (Tmax > 250°C) heating cable
- Flexible insulation glass silk braid with silicone foam tube (Tmax ≥ 250°C)
- Outer sheath with protective braiding or silicone sheath and silicone end caps

Mounting bracket for WZZFIX
- Prevents the cable from kinking by falling below the bending radius
