Heating jackets for motors, pumps, filter housings & valves
Whether it is to protect motors from frost or complex geometric valves at the optimum temperature – with the Winkler AG you will always find customized solutions for heating your properties. Rely on innovative technologies and our expertise to meet your requirements efficiently and reliably.
Advantages
- Cost-efficient
- PTFE-coated materials resistant to many chemicals
- Efficient heat transfer up to 900°C
- Short heat-up time possible due to high power density
The right heating sleeve for every valve
The heating sleeves are precisely adapted to the geometry to be heated. We achieve optimum heat transfer with the aid of printed 3D models or provided parts. If valves or pumps need to be heated, different materials and production methods can be used depending on the geometry and temperature range. If the geometry is very small and high temperatures need to be reached, we use a crocheted inner jacket that fits perfectly around curves and edges. As with our sewn heating jackets, prototypes and large series are also possible here.
