Winkler industrial heating mantles

Industrial heating jackets with temperature ranges of 300 °C and 450 °C have the same basic structure as the WHG2 glass fiber hand-crocheted laboratory heating jackets, but with the addition of an outer jacket made of PTFE glass fabric and a mechanically reinforced, stable cage with four eye bolts. The eye bolts serve to attach the heating jacket to mounting brackets.

Additionally it comes with factory installed electrical termination housing that includes 2.0 m connection cable that has a 10-pin industrial plug for connection to our WRTI71 and WRTI72 industrial controllers.

With a range for flask volumes from 10,000 ml to 20,000 ml , the heating mantles have proven themselves in everyday industrial laboratory use for decades and impress with their reliability and durability.

With the new generation of industrial heating mantles, we combine traditional quality with a new level of electrical safety by introducing protection class I in the enclosure heating mantles.

This range of heating mantles has the same basic design as the laboratory heating mantles. However, due to its size, it is mechanically reinforced with a sturdy cage.

The safety heating mantle with up to 5 heating zones is regulated at 300 °C in conjunction with the WRT172 control unit. This prevents tension in the glass bulb.
