Temperature controller for line integration

The in-line temperature controllers can be integrated directly into the connecting cable and are therefore suitable for direct integration into the heating solution or for mobile applications that are frequently installed and uninstalled.

FAT stands for Fast Adaptive Tuning and describes the reliable algorithm – comparable to PID – that works in our controllers. A major advantage of FAT is the permanently self-optimizing controller adjustment without the need to adapt the PID parameters to changing ambient conditions. It is also not necessary to optimize the parameters during commissioning.

The two In-Line series are characterized by maximum robustness and have been developed for tough use in workshops (combination with analysis lines) or in industrial environments (drum heating elements).

You can also use the IR handheld to change setpoints remotely. This can also be done safely with many controllers in the vicinity. It is also possible to change the setpoint retrospectively with the L-200/300 series.

The mounting plate is used to attach the L-400 to the wall. It can be removed using the Velcro fastener and is therefore easy to use. For the L-200/300 series, there is a clip that can be attached directly to a heating hose.
