Single-channel temperature controller for wall mounting

Winkler temperature controllers for wall mounting are specially developed for combination with a flexible heating solution. Equipped with a very robust IP65 housing, the controllers can be mounted and connected directly without additional switch boxes and expensive installation material.

The controllers can be ordered configured with the correct parameters ex-works. Thus they can be put into operation quickly and easily.

FAT stands for Fast Adaptive Tuning and describes the reliable algorithm – comparable to PID – that works in our controllers. A major advantage of FAT is the permanently self-optimizing controller adjustment without the need to adapt the PID parameters to changing ambient conditions. It is also not necessary to optimize the parameters during commissioning.

With numerous variants and three different series for wall mounting, Winkler offers exactly the controller you need for your heating solution. Different connection variants are available for each series. From certain purchase quantities, we also manufacture special variants exactly according to your requirements.

You can also use the IR handheld to change setpoints remotely. This can also be done safely with many controllers in the vicinity.

The mounting plate is used to attach the W-500/W-600/W-700 control unit to round surfaces such as a pipe.
